Call module

Incoming calls in real-time with caller id
Call recordings on all calls 
Shows if it is a new or an existing customer 
You will know the source of the call even before you pick up the phone.
On existing customers, it will show who the salesperson is.
If it is an existing customer, it will show you all their info in the customer card.
List of all calls. Ability to sort by missed calls, inbound or outbound calls. 
Ability to search for any previously called phone numbers.

Map module

Show the location of the customer on the map.
Ability to toggle between street view and satellite view of the customer’s home.
Once toggled to satellite view, the customer’s home is automatically zoomed in for a quick aerial look.
In satellite view, by using the measuring tool, you will be able to measure the square feet or linear feet of the home or yard.
In info view get the home square footage, the size of the lot and the value of the home

Services module

See all services offered along with pricing for each service.
Select the service name to see the sell scripts specific to that service.
Select the price of the service to create a lead or subscription for that specific service to be sent to Pest Routes. If the customer does not exist, it will also create the customer card.
Add a discount to the service before creating the lead or subscription.
On existing customers, it will show who the salesperson is.
All prepay, and monthly pricing will be set up in Pest Routes automatically.
All the service scripts, pricing, and setups can easily be changed from the admin section.

File module

Quick access to your important files with button selections.
Ability to email the customer prep sheets or sell sheets from the dashboard by selecting the email button below the file name.
The emails are pre-built templates that will use the customer’s info from the customer module.
Easily add or update any file and links from the admin section.
